PRODUCTION TIMES & SHIPPING
Domestic Shipping ( U.S. Orders)
All of our products are made to order, which means we begin production after your order is placed.
Production Time:
Please allow 3–5 business days for your item(s) to be produced.
Shipping Time:
Once your order is ready, shipping typically takes an additional 4–9 business days depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order is on the way. We appreciate your patience and support of our made-to-order process!

International Shipping Policy
We proudly offer international shipping! Please note that international orders may take longer to arrive due to customs processing and longer transit times.
Shipping Time:
International packages can take up to 16 business days to arrive, depending on your location and local customs regulations.

Truett Hanes Merch is a made to order company, meaning that the item(s) are not produced until after your order is placed.
We work on a schedule of 3-5 business days per cycle, therefore, we ask for up to 3 to 5 business days before your order ships out to you,
During this time your order status will show as "Awaiting Fullment". Once your order is ready to ship the status will change to "Shipped" and you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
*Please note that production time does not include time in transit.
RETURN & EXCHANGES
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide pre-paid return labels or cover return shipping fees. All returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense, and a valid tracking number must be provided once the item has been sent.
To start a return, please contact us at Customerservice@ninelineapparel.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Once an order is placed, address changes are not guaranteed. If you need to make a change, reach out to us immediately.
